Climate change is already tied to 150,000 deaths globally every single year. Scientists predict a 6 foot rise in the global sea level and global warming has become a reality with 8 of the warmest years ever recorded occurring after 1998.

In fact, the historical Kew Gardens in London used coir as a growing medium during the early 19th century. And when researchers at Auburn University and University of Arkansas compared peat and coir as soil amendments for horticulture they found that coir performed on par with peat.

Coco peat (Coir pith, coir fiber peat) is an Environmentally Sustainable Product for the Horticultural & Agricultural sector


Coconut fiber usage has become very common among professionals in various industries due to the versatility of the product. In the horticultural, agricultural, or erosion control sector, coir has a remarkable reputation for its superiority to other available natural materials in the market. 

Coir fiber is found between the husk & the outer shell of a coconut husk. The individual fiber cells are narrow and hollow, with thick walls made of cellulose.
